Product Information

Making a profit in the food service and baking industry begins with your buying and processing ability. Controlling food and labor costs, while consistently maintaining top quality can be challenging. The Egg King valet is the answer to saving you time and money so you can focus on what matters most - creating deliciousness!

Cleaning Instructions

Working with fresh shell eggs means you'll need to wash and sanitize often, so we designed The Egg King to breakdown easily. All parts fit into a standard pot washer for cleaning, except the motor base which can be wiped clean with a sanitizing solution. Reassemble in a few quick steps and it's ready to go for another spin. We recommend dumping the shells after each case and washing and sanitizing the machine at least once every 4 hours or at the end of each extraction period, whichever comes first.
